About these rankings

Bitcoin is the most extensively-attributed chain in our dataset. Sanctioned addresses come exclusively from Tier-1 regulator designations. Exchanges, Gambling Platforms, and Mining Pools are attributed by WalletExplorer address clustering — a widely-cited forensic dataset whose attributions are heuristic and largely historical; each entry links back to its WalletExplorer page. Mixer, exploit, and phishing lists are still under source-audit. Inferred labels never appear on a Sanctioned list.
