Platform Overview

BlockchainAnalysis.io is a Swiss-based blockchain compliance, tax, and audit platform designed for VASPs, exchanges, funds, auditors, and compliance teams operating in regulated environments.

Architecture

The platform is built around three core pillars:

Compliance Engine

The compliance engine ingests on-chain data from 38 supported blockchains and cross-references every address and transaction against a proprietary database of labeled entities, sanctions lists (OFAC, EU, UN, SECO), and known risk indicators. Results are delivered as structured risk reports with a 0--100 risk score.

Tax Engine

The tax engine reconstructs full transaction histories across DeFi protocols and centralized exchanges, applying jurisdiction-aware cost-basis methods (FIFO, LIFO, WAC, HIFO) to compute realized and unrealized gains. FX conversions use official central bank rates.

Audit Module

The audit module generates IFRS-compliant reports, fair value schedules, impairment testing outputs, revenue recognition summaries, and disclosure notes -- all exportable as PDF or CSV for external auditors and regulators.

BlockchainAnalysis.io uses a credits-based pricing system. Each action on the platform consumes a defined number of credits:
